Who We Are

Every great idea starts somewhere. Ours started with Charli and Sadie, our two doodles, the heart of our family, and our everyday heroes.

Anyone who owns a doodle knows that their fluffy, curly coats are a big part of their charm, and a big responsibility. Without regular grooming, those coats can quickly tangle and mat, which is uncomfortable for your dog and can even lead to skin problems. Keeping Charli and Sadie on a consistent grooming schedule isn't just about looking cute (though they do). It's about keeping them healthy and happy.

We also know how hard it can be to make that happen. Finding an open appointment, fitting the drive into a busy week, waiting around, and dealing with anxious pups in a noisy salon full of other dogs all add up. Too often, grooming gets pushed back, and our dogs are the ones who pay for it.

That's why we decided to start Flying Fur. Our mobile grooming service comes right to your door: no car rides, no waiting rooms, and no other dogs. Just calm, one-on-one care in a familiar setting, with the exact cut you ask for.

We're based in Madrona and proud to care for our neighborhood dogs and their families across Greater Seattle. We groom every dog the way we groom Charli and Sadie: like family.
